Eco-Boutique Customer List
If you have eco you'd like to bring in, please call the store to be put on the list at  (608) 223-6261, or email salesstaff@happybambino.com. Families will be called in the order that requests are received.  We also now make open calls for items needed on Facebook.  We will do our best to call folks on the list who match what we need. 

When bringing in Eco goods, there are two options:
1. If you want the items HB cannot use returned to you, you will have to come in when Laura is working in the store, no exceptions!  Her hours vary, so please call ahead or check our page on Facebook.
2. If you don’t want the items that Happy Bambino cannot use returned to you, and you may bring the items in any time. Happy Bambino will donate those items to another second-hand store or non-profit organization. In this case, no credit will be given for the unwanted items.

Store Credit
Happy Bambino members receive Happy Bambino store credit in the amount of 50% of the total resale value of the merchandise that Happy Bambino takes (non-members receive 40%). Items will be priced within two weeks of drop-off, and you will receive an email or phone call after the items have been priced stating the total of the Eco-Boutique credit. This credit is stored as an Eco credit in Happy Bambino’s register and does not need to be used immediately or all at once. Eco credit does not expire.

Happy Bambino look's for the following in children's clothing:
 

• Sizes from Newborn to size 4.
• Beautiful colors and comfortable fabrics!
• In-season clothing only. Please ask if you are unsure.
• Happy Bambino does not accept clothing with commerical characters (like Pooh, Mickey & Dora)
• Happy Bambino does not accept clothing with the brand name featured prominently (small & subtle may be OK)
• Please - NO stains! Pre-sort your items.  If you wouldn't buy it, neither would anyone else!
• Items should be freshly laundered, with care to perfume & dye sensitivities. Natural unscented detergent is best.
• Clothing should be brought to HB in boxes or heavy duty bags. 
• We reserve the right to refuse to look though items that obviously do not meet the guidelines above as this is poor use of staff time & resources
