Shipping:
Shipping costs (standard shipping):
Free shipping on orders $75 and up! Or flat rate of $6 shipping/handling on orders under $75. These rates apply only to standard ship times and do not apply to expedited shipping options.
In-Store Pickup Option for Local Customers:
If you'd like to save on shipping by picking up your order at Happy Bambino, please select 'In-Store Pick Up' as your shipping option at check-out.
- Orders received by Noon will be ready by 4 p.m. the same day
- Orders received after Noon will be ready by Noon the following day. Please call the store to order if you need to pick up more urgently.
General Shipping Info:
- We only ship within the US.
- Most US orders will ship UPS Ground or USPS (generally 3-5 business days delivery time), unless you choose expedited delivery at check-out.
- Shipping time starts when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.
- Orders are usually shipped the next business day.
- Please allow one extra day for gift-wrapped orders.
- You will be emailed with the ship date and a tracking number (if applicable.) You can check the status of your order on the My Orders page.
Online/phone customers:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover - national and international cards. (Please note, we only ship in the US.)
Local customers:
We accept cash, local check with ID, and credit cards.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Please contact Happy Bambino within 30 days of purchase for a Return Auhorization Number (RA#)
- A return form is enclosed with each order. This must include the RA# and be completed and enclosed with the return.
- Please ship the merchandise to the store address above, ATTN: Returns.
- Customer pays return shipping unless the merchandise is defective.
- If the original order qualified for free shipping, than the $6 flat rate will be deducted from the purchase price if the order minus the returned item(s) would no longer meet the criteria for free shipping.
- We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return.
- Items must be in original packaging (including instructions/DVDs, etc) and in like-new condition i.e., not washed or dirty.
- We may refuse the return or charge a re-stocking fee if the above conditions are not met.
- Breastpumps, breastfeeding accessories, or health items such as vitamins may not be returned (unless defective or still safety-sealed in the original packaging) due to health codes.
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
- Items purchased with gift certificates will be issued store credit only.
- Items purchased through the gift registry will be issued a store credit only.
- Items purchased as gifts will either be refunded to the gift giver, or as a store credit to the gift recipient.
- Please allow two billing cycles for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
Gift Wrapping:
- Gift wrapping costs $2.99 per item.
- Gift wrap options display on each product's page if the product is wrappable.
- We are not able to wrap some oversized or oddly shaped items.
- Gift wrap service includes a gift receipt (with no prices showing) and your (optional) gift message on a gift enclosure.
- Brightly-colored all-natural raffia ribbon is the "cherry on top."
- Orders with wrapping service take one extra day to process.
