Can I exchange any Medela breastpump for the discount? 
At this point, Medela is only accepting Pump In Style breastpumps for exchange.

Can I exchange a pump from a different manufacturer? 
No, Medela is limited the pump exchange to accept only Medela Pump In Style breastpumps.

What condition does the pump have to be in to exchange?
The pump can be in any condition, working or not.

Can I purchase any Medela pump and receive the discount? 
The discount is only valid with the purchase of a new Medela Pump In Style Advanced or Freestyle breastpump.

If I bring in more than one Medela Pump In Style, can I get more of a discount on the purchase of a new pump? 
No, the discount is only eligible for one exchange discount per pump purchased.  However, there is no limit to how many new pumps you may purchase with a discount - as long as you exchange an old pump for each.

What will Medela do with the pumps returned? 
Medela will evaluate the pumps for condition, etc.  They'll be using the returned pumps to research the best way to dispose/recycle them.
