Learn about the basics of estate planning for families.  Discussion to include wills, trusts, guardians, probate and non probate assets, marital property and new domestic partnership laws, and other topics. Course participants receive resource packet and individual consultation with Attorney Robinson at her office (to be scheduled at the session).  This course has useful information for traditional and non traditional families.

Juscha E.M. Robinson is a partner with Herrick & Kasdorf LLP.  She has a general civil practice with an emphasis on estate planning and real estate.  Juscha enjoys teaching, and does so currently in a UW minicourse held several times a year.  On a client level, she believes in making the law understandable and in empowering clients to make decisions for him or herself.  Juscha received her law degree from University of Michigan in 2003, and is the mamma of 3 month old Eve.
