We focus on specific areas such as neck and shoulders, abdomen, lower back, and pelvis. Come to postnatal classes when you feel ready (about 6 weeks post partum) The class is gentle, safe and personalised to meet your needs.
Maureen Cassidy has been a warm and compassionate certified yoga teacher for the past 10 years. Her own experience with the pregnancy and birth of her two children took place while living in a residential yoga retreat center, where she resided for 6 years. . She has also completed a pre- and post- natal yoga teacher training with nationally recognized teacher trainer Mary Cardinal.
