What Moms are Saying
What I liked best was the mix of discussion and yoga. It was great to have the opportunity to discuss things that were on the top of my mind about pregnancy, labor and newborn care before getting into a truly valuable yoga session. The yoga was challenging enough with variation for those who preferred/needed a little less.

Yoga is a wonderful companion throughout all stages of pregnancy. Yoga not only alleviates many of the discomforts that can come with pregnancy, but can help you connect more deelpy with your breath, your body, and your growing child within. The postures, breathwork, and relaxation are all catered to meet the needs of your changing body. We work with strengthening postures to help your body better meet the demands of pregnancy and early motherhood, postures which increase flexibility in the hips and pelvis to prepare for labor and birth, and restorative postures to enhance your ability to relax and nourish the nervous system. Benefit from the enhanced body and breath awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation this class offers.
